The Public Chamber of the Republic of Kalmykia, together with the Elista City Administration, the relevant Ministries of Culture and Tourism, and Digital Development of the Republic of Kalmykia, with the support of the Association of Lawyers of Russia, invites all residents and visitors of Elista to the annual grand children’s festival, Panda Festival!
