Museum In March 2026, on the eve of International Women’s Day, the N.N. Palmov National Museum of the Republic of Kalmykia joined the “All-Russian Memory Lesson dedicated to the role of women in the Great Patriotic War,” according to the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Kalmykia.

Kalmyk Museum staff conducted thematic classes, “Women Who Stride Into Immortality,” both at the museum and at traveling exhibitions at educational institutions in Elista.
