Head of the Republic of Kalmykia Alexey Orlov attended the closing of the Cup of the Head of the Republic of Kalmykia on fishing, which was held by Federation of Fishing Sport of the Republic of Kalmykia (President – Erdni Tsatkhaev) in Yashkul district, on Lake Kanurka.

During the closing ceremony the Head of the Republic of Kalmykia Alexey Orlov congratulated the winners of the tournament and gave them special prizes – sets of fishing gear, as reported by the National Tourism Portal of Russia.

Cup of the Head of the Republic of Kalmykia on a fishing jig is held annually by Federation of fishing sport Kalmykia under the direct patronage of the Head of the Republic of Kalmykia.

The closing ceremony of the Championship was also attended by Head of Yashkul Administration – Telman Khaglyshev, who sponsored one of the fishing tournament prizes.
