In accordance with Part 7 of Article 4 of the Federal Law of September 26, 1997 No. 125-FZ “On Freedom of Conscience and Religious Associations”, Article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Kalmykia of October 13, 2004 No. 156-III-Z “On Holidays and Memorial Days in the Republic of Kalmykia”,In order to further develop the national and cultural traditions of the Kalmyk people, I decree:
To declare December 14, 2025 as the National Holiday “Zul”.
