Free apartments for residents of Kalmykia:
104 families who previously lived in a dilapidated building in Microdistrict 1, Block 4A, are preparing to move. A new apartment building on Khomutnikova Street was built specifically for them as part of the national project “Infrastructure for Life”. The 104 new, well-appointed apartments are waiting for their new owners.
Another 120 apartment owners are about to celebrate a joyous occasion. A multi-apartment building in the 10th microdistrict, building 137, with an area of 6,199.92 square meters, is about to open. The apartments will be handed over to residents with finished interiors, as well as plumbing and gas equipment installed.
Yesterday, Elista City Administration Head Aldar Lidzhikov met with future residents of Khomutnikov Street and answered all their questions.
