Today, 28 October 2011 in the main conference room of the Government of Kalmykia, a solemn ceremony awarding large families – of documents on state registration of title to land in Kalmykia.

The first 100 lucky new owners of the land in Elista, the certificate of state registration of ownership of land – were presented:
The head of Kalmykia Alexei Orlov,
Chairman of the Government of Kalmykia Lyudmila Ivanova,
The chairman of party “United Russia” and the Parliament of Kalmykia Anatoly Kozachko,
Deputy of State Duma of Russia Marina Mukabenova.

Head of the Republic of Kalmykia Alexey Orlov noted that the activities on the land area is just beginning, and, of course, will continue in the future.

Head of the Republic of Kalmykia Alexey Orlov said that our Republic of Kalmykia is ahead of some other regions of Russia, and lifted almost all restrictions, for example, were eliminated age requirements for children.
