In the capital of a mysterious Republic of Kalmykia, in mysterious Elista is in the south has opened the etnohoton «Bumbin Orn». It has happened 21th April.
Head of Republic of Kalmykia Alexey Orlov has acted on the opening ceremony. And head of Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Republic of Kalmykia Khongor Elbikov has acted.
