Employees of the store in Elista, located on Lenin Street, sold fake cigarettes to residents, reported press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kalmykia.

In addition, they sold tobacco products without excise stamps.

More than three thousand packs of cigarettes were seized from the store.

The store owner bought them outside the Republic of Kalmykia. Earlier he had already been prosecuted for a similar crime.
